401K loan check deposit made Chase to close account - Checking Account

My husband deposited his 401K loan check to our checking account with CHASE BANK on May 4, 2015. It was supposed to clear on May 6th. On May 7th when he tried to pay his lunch, he was told that he had no money in his bank account. CHASE had frozen his account including what we already have before the 401K loan check deposit. We have our pay checks on direct deposit with CHASE.

The 401K check was declared suspicious by CHASE BANK.

Today, May 11th my husband was told that CHASE had closed his account and no money will be available within ten (10) business days. We are scheduled to go out of the country in a couple of weeks. We still have mortgage and other bills to pay.

Is there any legal grounds for CHASE to do this to a consumer?
