Chase Bank Complaint

GOOD FAITH PAYMENT
Chase is a terrible company and should be shut down.
I tried to make my payment for my personal credit card today online and the system would not except it stating that I can make only one payment to the same account with the same payment method in 72 hours. Problem is I had made 2 payments back to back with no problems the day before and the same day of my attempted payment. I then called and tried to make a payment over the phone and was told the same thing even know I explained that the system let me make two payments within 24 hours on the same account with the same card. They could not help make that payment so I had them note my account. I called back today when I saw the interest charge to ask for a reversal because of my good faith in trying to make that payment, and not knowing the rule that obviously was not a rule since the system let me make back to back payments the very same day. The associate I spoke to could not get it reversed so I spoke to a manager like the associate the day before told me I might need to do. The manager said she totally understood but could not get a reversal either. CHASE IS A RIPOFF, CHASE IS A RIPOFF, CHASE IS A RIPOFF, CHASE IS A RIPOFF
