Horrible customer service - Tellers

The banker named Becky she was completely rude and did not care about the customers concern. I was trying to refinance my car and she showed no interest in helping me out she actually told me to go online and to do the process online. I think that if I was a bank worker it would be of my best interest to make money for the bank and help out the customer right there instead of them going to another bank. My mother was also doing a transaction and she didn't know what she was doing. Horrible doesn't know her job and didn't even have a good attitude.
