Chase Bank Rep- Kara B. Graham provided the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. This complaint speaks to her unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and sensitivity in dealing with customers who have experienced a recent death of loved one. Her overall "I am smarter that you" attitude really caused me to put this complaint in writing. First, she had no idea of what she talking about. She had to dial about 3 different persons to get information. Then she kept alluding to the policy of what happens to the assets once a person dies and they don't have a will. The only thing I went to the bank to do, was to make a payment on a defaulted loan. I did not go there to hear all the BS she was giving. In short, she could not even take a payment...The stupid woman was left sitting in her chair I guess so called feeling as though she was smarter than myself. I went to another Chase bank, and the Rep, gladly assisted me in taking the payment and offered to assist me and my sister with our future endeavors regarding the family home. She kept repeating the same information which had nothing to do with me making a payment. This was a smoke to screen to hide the fact that she lacked simple knowledge in reading a mortgage statement. She had to call and inquire about a simple bank statement. Where did they get that moron? She wasted my time. The general public should be made aware that if you encounter one of these types...GO some place else(another location) and have your issue resolved. If she would treat me with a lack of professionalism, imagine how she would senior citizen that comes into a bank just needing simple answers in a courteous manner? I am going to pursue this complaint by providing a letter to human resources regarding this so called banker's conduct towards me on today. Perhaps, by doing this she will have to under go a basic customer service refresher. It's not about trying to show how smart you are...when in a reality, you are only there to provide a service for MY money!
