    Chase is a terrible company and should be shut down. I tried to make my payment for my personal credit card today online and the system would not except it stating that I can make only one payment to the same account with the same payment method in 72 hours. Problem is I had made 2 payments back to back with no problems the day before and the same day of my attempted payment. I then called and tried to make a payment over the phone and was told the same thing even know I explained that the system let me make two payments within 24 hours on the same account with the same card.   • Poor Service Today

    I was the next in line when I stepped in the branch at 5:15pm today. Peak hours? There was only 1 teller, so I waited 7 min before a second teller stepped up. I wanted to make a cash withdrawal. Withdrawal slips can only be filled out at the teller now. 8 min now. Transacation is processed and I get my $40 cash. But I wasn't asked how wanted that. I always get asked. But not today.     The Rewards mall has misleading claims. Searching for the ipad turns up results advertising a 2pts/dollar offer (expiring 3/31/11). Same claim several clicks in. Only right before leaving the site and taking you to the apple store is a disclaimer saying the offer expired 3/11/11. When I called customer service to understand which offer was correct, they said the offer had expired, and had no problems with or apologies for the misleading experience. More...

    Why is chase bank trying to scam people about getting mortgage modifications? We have applied twice by completing every thing required in the last 4 months.
