    While the phone staff are exceedingly professional, polite and competent, the banking policies of Chase have become more onerous than ever.     The above location has recently closed it's drive up service!!! You guys should just close this location!!!! Worst bank I have ever done business with.     The banker named Becky she was completely rude and did not care about the customers concern. I was trying to refinance my car and she showed no interest in helping me out she actually told me to go online and to do the process online. I think that if I was a bank worker it would be of my best interest to make money for the bank and help out the customer right there instead of them going to another bank.     Tried to use my card today to buy rabbit food (like $10) and was told the card was invalid.     My husband deposited his 401K loan check to our checking account with CHASE BANK on May 4, 2015. It was supposed to clear on May 6th.   • Quick Pay frome Chase client to non-Chase recipient



    In the last 4 or 5 months, attempting to accept quick pay via iPhone, I have gone through 5 or more people (and the whole reset process) for password reset. The reset works for the immediate payment but in the period, noted above, does not work 1 month later for the same amount from the same Chase Bank Client.     A check hit my account one hour before my direct deposit hit. Check hit at 11pm and Direct Deposit hit at 12am. I woke up to find I was charged $34 insufficient fund fee for ONE HOUR.     I went to this bank today to open a new account with a program that I received in the mail. For a $15000.00 deposit and open a new checking Chase would give you a small rebate.     A couple of months back I made a purchase at a merchant for 16 bucks and some change. I was upset because I was overcharged but didnt notice it until a couple of days later, ok fine.     Recently, my Yahoo music account was hacked, and someone used it to purchase 12 songs at $0.99 each. At the time the account balance was only about $2.00 because the deposits from the week hadn't yet been made. After the second song purchase, Chase began charging me $34.00 per transaction!     I signed up to have my paychecks deposited on the Chase Paycard. I was assured that it could be used online and that I could pay bills with it.   • Advertising issues for Overdraft Protection



    My biggest issue against Chase is that they claim to care about protecting customers from overdrafts on accounts but they really need to change their advertising. JP Morgan Chase states on their ATM's that "If you're signed up for Overdraft Alerts, we'll notify you by e-mail or text when you have a negative balance-You'll have until the end of the business day to make a deposit or transfer funds to cover your transactions and help avoid an overdraft fee."     Chase banking has been efficient ever since I joined their clients years ago, but as of late the bank has begun to decrease in quality service and control. I was recently over drafted due to the banks inability to "foresee the transaction" as well as maintenance and black out times.     Here's my review of the first, last and only time dealing with Chase Bank. Today at about 2pm, 645 William Floyd Pkwy in Shirley NY I used one of they're ATM machines.     I'm a bit peeved with Chase bank. FIRST they start depositing and withdrawing money for another client into my account.     My association with your Chase Bank goes back a long way and I want to inform you that this is not the first time I am encountering such a problem. Whenever I go to that branch it takes them forever to take care of one transation. Manager name Yana B. and a teller Mariana were not nice they do not know how to take care of customer.     I used to be with Washington Mutual. Then Chase came, bought them out and instilled their corporate policies on us former WAMU customers, which are impersonal and self-serving!     Ok, I dont my objective to be expecting 100% perfection from banks and other places, but the way they do things at Chase dont make alot of sense.     They will charge you $4 if you do not have a minimum of $300 in your savings account even for a single day. This I think is just like keeping a deposit that cannot be touched. My money that cannot be accessed. Oh and the interest that you get on that #300 is 0.01%. I think this is just a scam. They did not inform me verbally about this.     Never take the TJX reward card. It is managed by Chase bank. They are real suckers. They make sure that you will pay late fee. Your late fee is their bread. Real suckers. Even if you send the payment 4 days before the due date they will post it one day after the due date. Then they will charge 10$ late fee and a big interest on the amoutn due and a finance charge.
