I would like to say I am complimenting the team~work of Alysha Reddy & Antonio Lencioni of Chase Bank on 2nd & Market Street in San Francisco, California. Where do I send my 'Thank You' card? They worked so hard on resolving an issue that has been concerning me since July of 2013. They treated me like I was the only customer on the planet. I'd like to know who their supervisor is so I can say how lovely they made my banking experience. Miss Reddy said, "I love your accent." Not everyone can comprehend what I'm saying, I'm from England. There is complimentary coffee at this branch. Mister Lencioni is such a gentleman he asked if I wanted seconds & he ended up getting me a glass of water. I'm so impressed. Kudos & congratulations on hiring well, JP Morgan Chase Bank! peace in the chAos
